Expedia Group adopted a Human-Centered Design approach and needed a way to scale their fundamentals course for newly hired UX design roles.

Outcome/Solution:
Worked end-to-end with stakeholders to produce a low-level Bloom’s (Remember) course for new hires. The strategy was to get them a basic understanding of the double diamond approach. We also updated their SharePoint site and provided job aids for just-in-time training as opposed to using the course as reference material.
